My physical therapist is a miracle worker. I say "it hurts" and she makes it all better. Can you ask for anything more than that? Of course... then she makes it hurt again... no pain no gain right?

I think the "no pain, no gain" thing is just the excuse that sadists give us during torture. Hey ... if it helps you to think of it that way ...!
