This is a video of me walking before and after surgery. I am still recovering and have a small limp but I think it's helped quite a lot.

Holy cow! The difference is amazing. I didn't realize you basically did all of your walking with your knees before your surgery. It's incredible. And you're still super-sexy. Dang.
